Randi-Lee Bowslaugh is a Canadian author, public speaker, and mental health advocate whose work is driven by lived experience and resilience. A graduate of Niagara College’s Community and Justice Services program, she spent more than six years working in social services.
Drawing from her own experiences with depression, autism, CPTSD, grief and cancer recovery, Randi-Lee has become a passionate voice for mental health awareness. She is the creator and host of the Write or Die Show, where she has interviewed hundreds of guests over the past 5 years about mental health and neurodiversity.
A former Canadian National Kickboxing Champion and Team Canada athlete, Randi-Lee brings the same determination to her writing and advocacy. She is dedicated to sharing stories openly and honestly and wants to ensure others know they are not alone.
Her motto is to ‘never let “too tired” keep her down’.
