1- Use #s
Never underestimate the power of a hastag, tag, or link. Use key words, generic that people do search. Twitter, tells you how many times a certain hashtag was used. That can come in handy to know what people are searching.
2- Know your crowd
This one is simple: If you are a writer, you want to enter the community of readers. Interacting with sites such as Goodreads, and other big names of the industry, or very small groups that harbor readers, is a good idea. Try it!
3- Give Free samples instead of free books.
This is a good way to value your work, test your market and get your book out here without losing a penny. Make a pdf copy of your book, that has ~20-40% of your book, and make a free download link! Measure your results and see what works.
