Christmas and Holidays Reads

Find the best reads you can have for your Christmas and Holiday Season! Books centered in love, family, and personal change and reflection, so we brought you our best suggestions – Links will take you to reviews on our blog- :

1- Allaignas song Overture is perfect for Christmas, as it revolves around family and the love that Allaigna feels for her parents and nannie, but, as she grows, she starts to uncover the secrets that were kept hidden for generations.
This is a very interesting and well-written story that follows the paths of the two generations of women before Allaigna and how they shapped the destiny of this very special and magical girl. Highly recommended for fantasy, drama and romance lovers.

2- House of the Moon is a wild, powerful and poignant memoir about the upbringing, the experiences and the views of Donna when she was a young teen up to her adulthood.
This book is more directed to parents on this season because it is a CLEAR illustrator of how they can affect the behavior and the views of their offspring.

3- Spellbound Under The Spanish Moss is one of the BEST books of the year, and it is a GREAT gift for anyone you can possibly think of, of any age on this Holiday Season, and here’s why:
It’s short. It’s funny. It has an emotional plot that revolves around family and love, and it’s about dreams, the meaning of life and magic.
This tale is AMAZING. A GREAT read in all of its aspects. LOVED it. Highly recommend this one.

4- In the Key of Nira Ghani is one of my personal favorite books of all time. Why? It makes me laugh until my belly hurt. This is one of the funniest, most exaggerated books I’ve read in my life, the drama is OUTSTANDING! And here’s why I’m recommending it for the Holiday Season:
Family. This book is all about family, the drama in the family, and how to deal with difficult parents, standing your ground, following your dreams, music and above ALL else… it’s about, tea and sugar. So grab a cup, and enjoy.

5- JackRabbit Jingle Balls is all you can as for when it comes to a twisted, humorous and weird Christmas short, written by the Best-selling author Ann Charles, this chapter of this mystery series will make you laugh, cry and think about how weird a christmas celebrations, and strip clubs, can get. One of our best recommendations when it comes to short-stories.

6- Winston The Well-Dressed Wombat is a GREAT Children’s book to read. It’s very short, but the message of treating ourselves nicely and being generous and having integrity marks this book as a great choice for this holiday.
