So, you have got a great review on your book from a friend, now what?
Even if you only have one review, here are a few things that you should do in order to increase sales or engagement from readers:
1- Share the review
A little obvious, and even a dumb advice, but you know what? It works like a charm.
From our statistics over the year of 2021, we observed that the authors that got shared the reviews they recieved from Scribble’s Worth, had the HIGHEST number of click-through to the various stores. So much so that, we have had spikes of 100+ views in a singe day that generated a high spike in sales in that same day, from a single share.
We also observed that the BEST channels to share your content in order to get more sales, depending on your following, are: 1- Facebook and TikTok, 2- Twitter, 3- Personal blogs, etc. – We are not in any way telling that these are the only platforms that convert to sales –
Another thing that we found out is the average rate of shares needed to get a sale is above 5x/sale, but it’s safe to say that the more you share, better are your chances to get sales.
If you are having trouble sharing, we do it for free everytime you tag our twitter profile @ScribblesWorth1, even if you aren’t our client yet! So tag us whenever XD
2- Embed in promotional material to give for free

A review inside a flyer, or just part of a review, can be a great teaser to your book, and drive people to read the full review, get convinced and buy the book after reading the full review.
We LOVE free stuff, and it costs nothing but time to make a free flyer for you give away. So think about it.
3- Mention it casually to readers when pitching
Few are the things that can convince a third party to buy more effectively than an unrelated third party opinion. If other random people liked it, more people will consider.
Got a few tips or experiences with reviews? Share them on the comments and we will see each other there ;D
